Ordering & pricing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For rice and bagged minerals, the standard MOQ is one 20ft container (approximately 24–26 MT). Bulk minerals such as gypsum and chromite start at 100–500 MT. Fabric MOQs are 10,000 meters per woven article and 3,000 kg per knitted article, with flexibility for trial orders on ongoing programs.
How do I get a price quote?
Send your product, target specification, quantity, packing requirement, and destination port through our contact form. We respond with a firm FOB or CFR offer, typically within one business day.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work with irrevocable letters of credit (L/C at sight) and telegraphic transfer (T/T) arrangements. Exact terms depend on the product, order size, and trading history — we will propose options with our offer.
Do you quote FOB or CFR/CIF?
Both. We quote FOB Karachi (Port Qasim) as standard, and CFR/CIF to your destination port on request.
Quality & inspection
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We courier product samples against a nominal courier charge, which is credited back on your first order.
How is quality verified before shipment?
Every lot is graded against the contracted specification and inspected pre-shipment by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your nominated agency. Inspection reports are shared before vessel departure.
What documents accompany each shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and — as applicable — phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, lab analysis, inspection report, and Halal certification.
Products & packing
Can you pack under our own brand (private label)?
Yes. We offer full private-label packing — from 1 kg retail rice pouches with your artwork and barcodes to branded bags and fabric roll labeling — with market-compliant labeling for your destination.
Which rice varieties do you export?
Super Basmati, Basmati 1121 Kainat, IRRI-6 (5%, 15%, 25%, and 100% broken), and C-9 — each available in white, sella, and steam forms where applicable.
Which minerals do you supply?
Gypsum (90–96% purity), chromite ore (38–48% Cr₂O₃), glass-grade silica sand (98%+ SiO₂), and Himalayan rock salt in edible, industrial, and lamp grades.
What fabric types do you produce?
Woven fabrics (poplin, twill, canvas, sheeting, percale — greige or finished) and knitted fabrics (single jersey, pique, interlock, rib, French terry, fleece) in cotton, CVC, PC, and elastane blends.
Shipping & logistics
Which ports do you ship from?
Karachi Port and Port Qasim, Pakistan — with established relationships across major shipping lines for competitive freight to all regions.
What are typical lead times?
For containerized rice and minerals, 2–3 weeks from order confirmation to vessel loading is typical. Fabric lead times depend on construction and finish, usually 4–8 weeks. Firm lead times accompany every offer.
Which markets do you currently export to?
Our containers ship to the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Central Asia, and the Far East — to importers, distributors, manufacturers, and retail brands.
